Kafelaku Coffee Holdings Reports HK$26 Million in Custodial Holdings, Shareholder Deposits 281 Million Shares with Astrum Capital

Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange indicates that on July 13th, Kafelaku Coffee Holdings (01869) experienced a notable change in its custodial holdings.

The total custodial market value was reported at HK$26.09 million, representing 19.89% of the company's shares.

A shareholder of the company deposited 281 million shares with Astrum Capital Management, resulting in a 0.01% decrease in their holding proportion.

In a separate announcement, Kafelaku Coffee disclosed that on June 16, 2026, it entered into a placement agreement with a placing agent.

Under this agreement, the company conditionally agreed to place up to 282 million shares at a price of HK$0.076 per share to a minimum of six placees.

The placees are described as independent third parties, including individuals, corporations, institutional investors, or other professional investors not connected to the company or its associates.

The placement shares are to be issued under a general mandate granted to the company.
