港股异动丨中资券商股拉升，中信证券涨4.5%，广发证券涨4%
周一，港股中资券商股拉升，其中，弘业期货涨超6%，光大证券涨超5%，中信证券、广发证券涨超4%，中国银河、招商证券、中州证券涨超3%，中信建投、国泰海通、国联民生、申万宏源涨约3%。
消息上，6月6日，中国证监会发布批复，核准中央汇金成为长城国瑞、东兴证券、信达证券、东兴基金、信达澳亚基金、长城期货、东兴期货、信达期货8家公司实际控制人。本次划转完成后，除方正证券等间接较小规模持股情况外，中央汇金旗下控参股的券商达到8家。
财信证券表示，在当前竞争加剧的市场环境下，证监会鼓励通过并购重组打造航母级头部券商，推动行业并购重组加速。信建投指出，全年来看，经纪、两融等业务增长前景可期，自营、资管、投行等业务韧性好于预期，预计估值有望修复。
