九江银行股份有限公司（06190）8月21日公告称，公司计划于2026年9月7日（星期一）举行2026年第三次临时股东大会及2026年第三次H股类别股东会。为确定有权出席并在会上投票的H股股东名册，公司将于2026年9月4日（星期五）至2026年9月7日（星期一）（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记手续。\n\n公告指出，欲在会议上行使权利的H股股东，须在2026年9月3日（星期四）16时30分前，将填妥并签署的股份过户文件及相关股份证书递交至公司H股股份过户登记处——香港中央证券登记有限公司（地址：香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712-1716号铺）。于2026年9月7日名列股东名册的H股股东将有权出席相关会议并投票。\n\n会议通函及会议通知将分别在香港联合交易所有限公司披露易网站（www.hkexnews.hk）及公司网站（www.jjccb.com）发布，并按照股东所选择的通讯方式寄送。\n\n公告同时披露，截至公告日期，九江银行董事会由执行董事周时辛、肖璟；非执行董事罗峰、史志山、周苗、刘一男；以及独立非执行董事王宛秋、张永宏、田力、郭杰群组成。
