新股定价 | 流感疫苗股中慧生物下限定价，超额认购逾4000倍、每手中签率1%
中慧生物-B 公布招股结果，以12.9港元下限定价，集资净额3.83亿港元。香港公开发售录得超额认购4006.64倍，冻资2100亿港元，成为今年以「18A规则」上市的生物科技「超购王」。VanCapital、InfiniCapital等全球知名长线基金均积极参与认购。
中慧生物-B一手200股，中签率1%。股份今日（11日）挂牌。
招股书显示，中慧生物通此次全球发售3344.26万股H股，招股价介于每股12.9港元至15.5港元之间。以发行价上限计算， 中慧生物此次IPO最多募资5.18亿港元（4.75亿元）。公司于7月31日至8月6日公开招股，一手（200股）入场费3,131.26港元。
中慧生物此次上市，还引入了两家私募基金公司作为基石投资者，嘉兴鑫扬及华泰资本投资合共认购了1,300万美元，约占IPO基础发行规模的18%。中信证券、招银国际担任中慧生物此次香港IPO的联席保荐人。
中慧生物成立于2015年，目前拥有两款核心产品，分别是2023年5月获批上市的四价流感病毒亚单位疫苗，以及即将于今年第三季度启动III期临床试验的冻干人用狂犬病疫苗。此外，公司还拥有包括重组带状疱疹疫苗、23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗（PPSV23）在内的11款在研产品管线。
