本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本约为2,103,955,000股，库藏股数增至5,300,000股。回购相关授权于2026年1月28日获股东大会通过，授权公司最高可回购股份总数为209,242,800股，截至公告日期已实际回购1,700,000股。
公司同时确认，本次股份回购严格遵守相关上市规则和法例规定。公告由董事及联席公司秘书王锐签署。
