从成本结构看，一般及行政开支的增长主要来自银行保函费、出售投资物业按金相关印花税等开支的上升。相较之下，直接成本则随整体业务规模减小而同比减少。
业务分项
海上建筑服务是主要来源。本期该板块实现收入1.496亿林吉特，占总营收约78.8%，较上年同期2.033亿林吉特有所下滑。公司解释称新加坡海上运砂量减少、部分填海项目进度放缓等是收入下降的主要原因。楼宇及基建服务收入为4010万林吉特，占比约21.2%，较去年同期2050万林吉特增长显著，主要由于建筑及基建工程项目量增多所致。
