此项临时授权旨在确保相关航空公司在最终决定出台前，能够维持现有运营安排，保障跨太平洋航线的服务稳定性。合作范围涵盖代码共享、航班协调及联合营销等活动，有助于提升跨太平洋航网的运营效率与服务衔接。
ACCC强调，此次临时授权不代表对合作内容的最终认可，委员会将继续评估合作对市场竞争的影响，并将在最终裁决中综合考虑消费者利益与行业竞争平衡。
