交易资金全部来源于集团内部资源。交银国际指出，此举为集团提供长期投资机会，可在可控风险下获取稳定回报。

根据香港联交所《上市规则》第十四章的相关规定，本次收购的最高适用百分比率介于5%至25%之间，因而构成须予披露交易，公司已按要求发布公告。
