In a move designed to allow shareholders to benefit from the company's growth and to enhance the predictability and transparency of shareholder returns, HYGEIA HEALTH (06078) has announced that its board of directors has approved a shareholder return plan. This plan covers a three-year period from the 2026 to the 2028 fiscal years.

Under the approved framework, the company intends to allocate approximately RMB 500 million each year over these three fiscal years ending December 31, 2028. These funds will be used to provide returns to shareholders through share repurchases and/or dividend distributions. The specific method and timing will be determined at the board's sole discretion from time to time.

The execution of this return plan is contingent upon the company's cash flow position, which includes considerations for potential funding needs of any merger and acquisition activities. It will also depend on prevailing market conditions and must comply fully with all applicable laws, regulations, and the company's memorandum and articles of association.
