GOLDENPOWER (03919) announced the completion of a share subscription. The transaction was finalized on May 19, 2026. In accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement, the subscriber has subscribed for, and the company has allotted and issued, 6.48 million subscription shares at a price of HK$1.20 per share. This issuance represents approximately 20% of the company's total issued share capital prior to completion. Following the allotment and issuance of these subscription shares, they constitute roughly 16.7% of the company's enlarged issued share capital.
