和泓服务（06093.HK）3月23日晚间发布盈利预警，基于对未审核管理账目的初步评估，公司预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将出现亏损：
1. 集团除税后净亏损约0.405亿至0.505亿元，而2024年度同期录得净利润0.866亿元。 2. 归属于公司股东的净亏损约0.57亿至0.67亿元，2024年度同期为净利润0.544亿元。
公司将业绩由盈转亏归因于以下四项因素： • 为提升市场占有率，在新物业管理项目前期及公共建筑项目投入较大，且相关业务毛利率较低，导致整体毛利率下降； • 对贸易应收账款及其他应收款项增加计提信用减值拨备； • 出售江苏深华时代物业集团有限公司51%股权产生一次性亏损； • 出售中山市中正物业管理有限公司51%股权产生一次性亏损。
公司强调，上述数据尚未经过核数师或审核委员会审阅，最终经审核的2025年度业绩预计最迟将于2026年3月底前公布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
