K2 F&B Holdings Limited（2108）2月6日（联交所交易时段后）公告，间接全资附属公司CK Chu Holdings Pte Ltd（卖方）与Aik Chuan Construction Pte Ltd（买方）订立协议，拟以2800万新加坡元（约1.7164亿港元）代价出售位于新加坡人民公园中心（People’s Park Centre）的九个物业单位，总面积约530平方米。完成后，公司将租回该处三年，每月租金为7.5万新加坡元（约46万港元），并享有续租权，续租时租金增幅不超过10%。

公告显示，出售物业原于2020年收购，作价约2220万新加坡元，主要通过银行借款拨付。截至2024年12月31日，该物业在公司账目的公平值约为2350万新加坡元。根据公告，扣除相关开支后，预计净所得款项约2690万新加坡元，公司计划用约1640万新加坡元偿还物业相关银行贷款，另有450万新加坡元用于偿还其他短期银行融资，其余资金将作为一般营运资金。公司预计本次处置将降低其债务及融资成本，并减轻流动资金压力。
