MIDEA REAL EST (03990) announced that effective October 27, 2025, Mr. Wang Dazai, currently serving as Executive Director and President, has been reassigned as Co-Chairman, Executive Director and President. He will jointly chair the board with Mr. Hao Hengle.
Mr. Hao Hengle has stepped down as Authorized Representative, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Wang Dazai has been appointed to these roles in his place.
