Beyerdynamic announced today the launch of two wireless gaming headphones: the MMX 150 wireless and MMX 230 wireless. These two audio devices will make their public debut at gamescom 2025 in Cologne.
The MMX 230 wireless is the new flagship wireless model in Beyerdynamic's MMX series. Weighing 320g, it features 40mm high-end dynamic drivers, padded headband, and replaceable velour ear cups. The headphones support ANC active noise cancellation and microphone ENC environmental noise cancellation.
The MMX 230 wireless supports the latest Bluetooth 6.0 wireless connectivity and is the first Beyerdynamic gaming headphones with replaceable batteries. Users can easily open the ear cups and replace the battery, providing up to 60 hours of battery life when fully charged.
The MMX 150 wireless is a versatile over-ear headphone that balances gaming audio and everyday entertainment. It features 40mm high-end dynamic drivers and comes with a removable META VOICE microphone. The headphones support Bluetooth 5.3 or 30ms low-latency wireless receiver connectivity, with up to 50 hours of battery life.
The Beyerdynamic MMX 150 wireless and MMX 230 wireless gaming headphones have suggested retail prices of €179 and €249 respectively in the European market (approximately ¥1,501 and ¥2,089 at current exchange rates).
