恒隆地产(00101)发布公告，更新截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息的以股代息安排。公司已于早前宣派末期股息每股0.4港元，此次更新明确现金股息转换为代息股份的价格为每股9.06港元，代息股份将于2026年6月15日首发买卖，与股息派发日同日。
股东可选择以现金、部分现金及部分新股方式收取股息，选择权截止时间为2026年6月4日16:30。若选择以股代息，新股零碎配额将不予发行，剩余股息权利折算成现金派付，金额向下约整至最接近的仙位。此次股息除净日为2026年5月6日，至2026年5月7日16:30前递交股份过户文件者可享有股息权利，权益登记日为2026年5月8日，当日暂停办理股份过户登记手续。
上述安排尚待2026年4月30日股东周年大会批准。股息派发日定于2026年6月15日。
