Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. (LIVZON PHARMA) has obtained a Notice of Drug Clinical Trial Approval (2026LP01115) from China’s National Medical Products Administration, authorising clinical evaluation of JP-1366 Tablet in combination with antibiotics for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori.

JP-1366 is an innovative potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB). Within the planned quadruple regimen—JP-1366 Tablet, amoxicillin, clarithromycin and bismuth potassium citrate—the acid suppressant directly targets proton pumps without gastric-acid activation, providing rapid, potent and sustained acid suppression.
