Shanghai-based healthcare conglomerate Fosun Pharma announced on 17 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.fosunpharma.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered holders of H shares who have already opted for hard-copy communications will receive printed versions by post. Shareholders preferring physical documents—or experiencing difficulties accessing electronic files—can obtain the interim report and all future corporate communications free of charge by returning a signed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, using the enclosed prepaid mailing label or via email at is-ecom@vistra.com.

Fosun Pharma reminded investors that:

• Supplying a valid email address is essential to receive electronic notices of future publications and actionable corporate communications. • Investors who do not provide a functional email address will automatically receive printed notifications and documents until an email address is supplied. • Further changes to communication preferences require written notice to the share registrar.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

The notification was issued under the authority of Chairman Chen Yuqing on behalf of Fosun Pharma’s Board of Directors.
