Gold Peak Technology Group Limited Announces New Independent Non-Executive Director Appointment

Gold Peak Technology Group Limited announced that Ms. LOU Lai Wah Miranda (Prof Lou) will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective 1 November 2025. Alongside this appointment, she will serve as a member of both the Audit and Nomination Committees.

According to the announcement, Prof Lou currently serves as an adjunct professor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) Business School, having previously been the Executive Vice President of PolyU. Her professional background includes leadership roles at The Wharf (Holdings) Limited, the Independent Commission Against Corruption, and the OOCL Group. She also holds advisory positions at several institutions such as Tencent WeTech Academy and the Hong Kong Jiangsu Innovation Centre.

Prof Lou has entered into a three-year letter of appointment commencing 1 November 2025. She is entitled to receive an annual director’s fee of HK$253,000. This figure is subject to proration if she serves for less than a full financial year. The announcement confirms that she meets the independence guidelines in accordance with Rule 3.13 of the Listing Rules and has no past or present interest in the Group’s business or with any connected persons of the Company.

No additional matters require disclosure under Rules 13.51(2)(h) to (v). The Board has expressed a warm welcome to Prof Lou upon joining Gold Peak Technology Group Limited.
