Dr. Lin Hai has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of RAILY AESMED (02135), effective March 27, 2026. Mr. Cao Dequan has resigned from his position as independent non-executive director, also effective March 27, 2026. Following his resignation, Mr. Cao will no longer hold any position at the company, effective immediately.
