周二，法拉第未来 (Faraday Future Intelligent Electric)盘前大涨超14%，昨日收涨超9%。公司表示，在新一轮融资中获得4,100万美元的新现金融资承诺，并称最新一轮融资有望使该公司自9月份以来的总筹资额超过1亿美元。
法拉第未来周一表示，该融资承诺主要由无担保可转换票据和认股权证组成，用于收购该公司普通股的额外股份。
法拉第未来称，发行所得款项预计将用于帮助加速增长和开发、一般企业用途以及推进FF品牌，并补充说其目标是在今年年底前推出首款FF车型。
该公司还表示，所得款项还将用于人工智能开发，包括研发和人工智能人才招聘以及基础设施建设。
值得一提的是，该公司将于周四盘后发布财报，届时相关财务数据或许能进一步展现其资金运用规划及发展态势。
