Key transactions • A-Share buyback: 3.08 million shares repurchased on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for treasury purposes at an average RMB 81.27 per share, costing RMB 250.00 million. Pricing ranged between RMB 80.72 and RMB 83.56. • H-Share buyback: 0.30 million shares repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the H-Share Award Scheme at an average HKD 96.50 per share, totalling HKD 28.95 million. Purchase prices ranged from HKD 96.00 to HKD 97.00. • Option exercise: 73,350 new A-shares issued under the Ninth Stock Option Incentive Plan at RMB 41.44 per share, adding approximately RMB 3.04 million in equity proceeds.

Share structure impact A-Shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury) decreased to 6.80 billion from 6.81 billion, reflecting the 3.08 million-share repurchase (-0.05 %) partly offset by the option exercise (+0.07 million). • Treasury A-shares rose to 174.36 million from 171.28 million.

H-Shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury) edged down to 650.45 million after the 0.30 million-share buyback (-0.05 %). • Treasury H-shares increased to 0.40 million from 0.10 million. • Since the 5 June 2026 repurchase mandate, Midea has bought back 0.40 million H-shares, equal to 0.06 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new H-share issues or treasury share sales runs until 21 October 2026.
