合肥维天运通信息科技股份有限公司（股票代码：02482，主要在香港联合交易所主板上市）4月28日发布股东大会通告，董事会已提议寻求股东特别决议案授权，回购不超过该公司已发行H股总数10%的股份。截至2026年4月16日，公司在港上市H股总数约为5.27亿股。若回购获股东批准，公司最高可回购约5274.32万股 H 股。
公告显示，维天运通计划使用符合相关上市规则及中国法律法规的内部资金进行股份购回。公司董事会表示，此举意在视乎市场状况和资金安排基础上，灵活回购股份，旨在增强每股价值和提升股东回报，符合公司及全体股东的最佳利益。公告亦指出，回购股份后将根据法律法规取消相应股份并相应减少注册资本。
据公司披露，维天运通H股在2025年4月至2026年4月期间最高交易价格出现在2025年4月，为每股1.61港元；最低交易价格出现在2026年3月低位，每股0.55港元。董事会经审慎评估后认为，回购计划不会对公司财务及营运状况造成重大不利影响。
公司董事会已召集年度股东大会于2026年5月28日下午2时在中国安徽省合肥市高新区创新大道2700号9楼召开；有意出席的股东需于5月20日下午4时30分前办理股份过户手续。公司股票过户登记将于2026年5月21日至5月28日（含首尾两日）暂停办理。董事会呼吁股东关注并踊跃行使投票权。上述股份购回安排将于股东大会表决通过后方可生效。
