Horizon Robotics-W (09660) saw its shares rise nearly 4%, climbing 3.63% to HK$8.56 by the time of writing, with a trading turnover of HK$235 million. The uptick follows the announcement that on February 9, the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CATL's subsidiary—CATL (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., also known as "CATL Intelligent." Under the agreement, CATL Intelligent will provide its series of Rock底盘 (Panshi chassis) products and technologies, while Horizon Robotics-W will contribute its full-scenario advanced driver-assistance systems and other core intelligent automotive capabilities. Through hardware-software synergy and cross-domain integration, the two parties aim to jointly explore a complete intelligent system spanning from underlying architecture to top-level applications, offering more competitive and diversified product options and service support to OEM customers both domestically and internationally. Horizon Robotics-W has now become the first autonomous driving technology brand in China to surpass 10 million units in shipments, with its product solutions already widely adopted by 27 global automakers (across 42 automotive brands). Its recently launched Horizon SuperDrive™, the industry’s first mass-produced one-stage, end-to-end full-scenario ADAS system, is helping drive the industry into a new era of intelligent driving accessibility.
