LAOPU GOLD (06181) announced that on October 22, 2025, the company will hold a board of directors election. Following the recommendation of the Nomination Committee and approval by the board, the candidates for executive directors are Mr. Xu Gaoming, Mr. Feng Jianjun, Mr. Xu Rui, and Ms. Jiang Xia. The candidates for independent non-executive directors are Mr. Sun Yijun, Dr. He Yurun, and Mr. Shi Dehua. The candidates for non-employee representative supervisors are Ms. Xiao Yanhui and Mr. Sui Wu. During the employee representative assembly held on October 22, 2025, Ms. Peng Liuhua was elected as the employee representative supervisor, serving a term consistent with that of the third supervisory committee.
