San Miguel HK Sets 22 April 2026 AGM; Shareholders to Vote on FY2025 Accounts, Final Dividend and Board Composition

San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited (San Miguel HK) has issued its proxy form ahead of the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for 22 April 2026 at the Island Shangri-La Hong Kong, 3:00 p.m.

Key items tabled for shareholder approval include:

1. FY2025 Results Adoption • The board seeks endorsement of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, together with the directors’ and independent auditors’ reports.

2. Final Dividend • Shareholders will vote on a proposed final dividend for FY2025. The specific payout figure was not disclosed in the proxy.
