中国融众金融控股有限公司（股票代码：03963）公告称，公司董事会已获授一般授权，对不超过公司已发行股份总数的10%进行回购。根据公告，于最后可行日期，公司已发行股份总数为606,802,571股，若该授权于股东大会上获通过，最高回购规模约为60,680,257股。
公告指出，如获批准，公司将动用符合开曼群岛相关法规与公司细则的合法资金来源进行回购。董事会认为，实施回购有利于改善公司每股盈利水平及调整资本结构，既能提升股东回报，也可使公司保持稳健发展。过去十二个月（自2025年7月至2026年7月），公司股份于联交所的最高交易价为每股0.370港元，最低交易价为每股0.124港元。
公司计划于2026年9月9日上午10时30分在香港金钟道89号力宝中心第一座39楼3901室举行股东周年大会，并自2026年9月4日至2026年9月9日暂时关闭股份过户登记。公司呼吁符合登记条件的股东尽早办理过户手续，以便行使表决权。
