HOMELAND ITL (03798) has announced that Ms. Cui Wei has resigned from her position as Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective April 10, 2026. The resignation is due to her need to dedicate more time to personal and other commitments. Following the effective date of her resignation, Ms. Cui will no longer hold any position within the group.
