The data analytics provider reported adjusted earnings per share of $1.82, beating the consensus estimate of $1.60 by 13.54%. Quarterly revenue reached $778.8 million, surpassing forecasts of $773.6 million. Additionally, adjusted EBITDA came in at $437 million, above the estimated $420.6 million, while free cash flow jumped 38% year-over-year to $276.1 million.
Further boosting investor sentiment, the company's board approved an increase to its total share repurchase authorization to $2.5 billion and announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share. Verisk also provided an optimistic revenue outlook for fiscal year 2026, projecting between $3.19 billion and $3.24 billion.
