Mr. Chen Ye has been appointed as the Co-Chairman of the Board of the company. Following Mr. Chen's appointment as Co-Chairman of the Board, the responsibilities of the original Chairman of the Board, Mr. Chen Zhi, have been changed to Co-Chairman of the Board, effective from January 25, 2026.
