Eternity INV (00764) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been fully satisfied, with completion taking place on January 13, 2026. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placing agent has successfully placed a total of 20 million placing shares to no fewer than six placees at a placing price of HK$1.00 per share.
