美的集团股份有限公司（股票代码：00300）于2026年8月4日发布公告，宣布在深圳证券交易所回购A股股份，用于未来减少注册资本。
本次回购于2026年8月4日完成，共回购709,600股A股，约占该次事项前已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的0.010422%。购买价格介乎每股人民币84.69元至85.59元，累计耗资人民币60,341,829元，折合约6034.18万元。
根据公告，当日还新增发行190,590股，用于公司实施的第九期股票期权激励计划，占该次事项前已发行股本的0.002799%。本次回购及股份发行完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）增至6,808,026,482股，库存股增加至169,100,802股，合计为6,977,127,284股。
公司在公告中确认，上述股份回购及发行已获董事会正式授权，相关手续均符合上市规则及适用法律法规要求。公告由公司董事长、执行董事兼总裁方洪波签署。
