On 27 January 2026, China International Development Corporation Limited (Stock Code: 00264) announced a placement of 12,916,000 new ordinary shares under a general mandate, priced at HKD 2.16 per share. According to the Next Day Disclosure Return, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) increased from 461,740,000 to 474,656,000.
The opening balance of ordinary shares on 31 December 2025 was 461,740,000. Following completion of this placement, the total issued shares stood at 474,656,000 as of 27 January 2026. The company confirmed that all relevant requirements and authorizations for the share placement were met in accordance with applicable listing rules and regulations.
