吉林省春城热力股份有限公司（股票代码：01853）于2026年7月28日发布公告称，因工作调整，万滔先生已于2026年7月28日辞去联席公司秘书职务。随着其辞任生效，万滔先生同时不再担任根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条规定的公司授权代表，以及香港法例第622章《公司条例》第16部项下负责接收法律程序文件及通知的法律程序代理人。
万滔先生确认，其与董事会之间并无任何意见分歧，且无涉及其辞任需提请香港联合交易所有限公司及公司股东注意的其他事宜。董事会对万滔先生任职期间做出的贡献表示感谢。
公告同时披露，梁皚欣女士将继续担任公司秘书及法律程序代理人，并自2026年7月28日起获委任为公司授权代表。
截至公告日期，公司董事会成员构成为： 1. 非执行董事：宋驰先生（董事长）、杨忠实先生、史明俊先生 2. 执行董事：张黎明先生 3. 独立非执行董事：张彦女士、杜婕女士、陈昇辉先生 4. 职工董事：仇建华先生
公司表示，此次人事变动自2026年7月28日生效。
