互太纺织控股有限公司（01382）7月17日发布补充公告，进一步说明拟在2026年股东周年大会上续聘罗兵咸永道为公司截至2027年3月31日止财政年度（2026/27财年）的核数师。
根据公告，董事局已采纳审核委员会建议，计划提呈股东通过普通决议案，续聘罗兵咸永道，任期自2026年股东周年大会结束时起至下一届股东周年大会结束时止。同案将授权董事局厘定罗兵咸永道2026/27财年的审计酬金。
公司预计，就罗兵咸永道审计集团2026/27财年综合财务报表所应支付的审计费用约为3.8百万港元至4.1百万港元（不包括实报实销开支）。上述费用根据过去审计费用、2025/26财年实际审计工作量、现行市场费率、预期审计范围、审计时间表及所需资源等因素确定，假设集团业务、运营、会计政策及监管环境无重大变动且公司能及时提供审计所需支持与资料。
董事局表示，除上述估算基础出现重大变动外，最终审计费用预计不会与该区间存在重大偏差。如有重大变化，公司将适时披露。除补充该等信息外，2026年7月14日通函的其余内容保持不变。
