截至2025年9月30日止六个月，在非公认会计准则口径下，超智能控股有限公司录得净利润不超过50万港元，而上年同期约为净亏损1700万港元，同比实现大幅转亏为盈。此次净利润改善主要受贷款减值亏损减少、员工成本及其他经营开支下降，以及上一财年处置亏损业务所带来的影响。
成本结构方面，向投资对象提供的贷款减值损失减少，员工成本与其他经营支出降低，为公司整体费用控制提供了支撑。此外，上一报告期出售经营亏损的附属公司亦有效降低了本期运营压力。
