NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited (00777) disclosed that on 10 November 2025 it repurchased 100,000 shares on the Stock Exchange. The number of repurchased shares accounted for approximately 0.019% of the company’s previously issued shares (excluding treasury shares). According to the announcement, the average repurchase price was HKD 11.8856 per share, for a total consideration of about HKD 1,188,560.
Following the transaction, NetDragon’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 527,500,033, while the total number of treasury shares rose to 3,762,500. These changes bring the company’s overall issued share capital to 531,262,533 shares as of 10 November 2025.
