Daisho Microline publishes circular on proposed name change; online access and print request options detailed

Daisho Microline Holdings Limited announced that its latest corporate communication—a circular dated 6 May 2026 concerning a proposal to change the company name—is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/daisho) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders can: • View the circular under the “Circulars” section of either website. • Request printed copies without charge by submitting the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com. • Select their preferred format (electronic or print) for all future corporate communications; any preference will remain effective until 31 March 2027 unless revoked or superseded.

The company recommends providing a functional email address to custodians, brokers or other intermediaries to facilitate electronic delivery. Shareholders who do not supply an email or postal address through their intermediaries will not receive future publication notices.
