Kingboard Holdings Sees Major Share Movement Worth HK$2.54 Billion, Representing 4.41% Stake

According to the latest data from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, Kingboard Holdings Ltd (SEHK: 00148) experienced a significant position change on September 2nd. The total market value of shares transferred amounted to HK$2.54 billion, accounting for 4.41% of the company's issued shares.

In this transfer activity, a shareholder moved 35.47 million shares into HSBC, while 25.87 million shares were transferred out of Citibank. This reshuffling of holdings indicates a substantial repositioning by major stakeholders.

On August 24th, Kingboard Holdings Chairman Cheung Kwok-wing expressed strong optimism regarding the demand for glass fabric and copper-clad laminates driven by artificial intelligence over the next two years. He expressed confidence that both companies under the Kingboard umbrella would each achieve profits exceeding HK$10 billion this year.
