Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (00175) disclosed an issuance of 22,000 new ordinary shares on 21 October 2025, resulting from the exercise of share options under a scheme adopted on 28 April 2023. The issue price was HKD 9.56 per share.
Following completion of this share allotment, the total number of issued shares increased from 10,118,771,786 to 10,118,793,786. The newly issued shares represent approximately 0.00022% of the company’s issued share capital prior to this change.
