CITIC FAMC Receives NFRA Approval for Appointment of Chief Compliance Officer

China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. (CITIC FAMC) confirmed that the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) has approved the qualification of Mr. Liu Zeyun as the company’s Chief Compliance Officer, according to an announcement released on 10 June 2026.

The NFRA document, issued under reference “Jin Fu [2026] No. 316,” endorses the board decision taken on 29 April 2026 to appoint Mr. Liu. His tenure officially commenced on 3 June 2026 and will continue until the board decides on a change or dismissal.

CITIC FAMC indicated that Mr. Liu’s biographical details remain unchanged from those previously disclosed. The board currently consists of two executive directors (Mr. Liu Zhengjun and Mr. Li Zimin), three non-executive directors (Mr. Xiang Xianchun, Mr. Xu Wei and Mr. Tang Hongtao) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Zhu Ning, Ms. Chen Yuanling and Mr. Raymond Lo Mun Lam).

The company emphasised that the NFRA approval satisfies regulatory prerequisites for the role, reinforcing its governance and compliance framework.
