上海电气集团股份有限公司（02727）9月15日公告称，旗下转让上海电气国轩新能源科技有限公司47.4%股权事项已完成，成交价格为人民币1元。 根据公告，公司曾于2025年12月30日及2026年5月22日发布相关信息，并于2026年2月4日至2026年4月8日期间在上海联合产权交易所公开挂牌转让上述股权，挂牌价格同为人民币1元。 2026年5月13日，上海联合产权交易所确认南京国轩控股集团有限公司为受让方；2026年5月21日，双方签署《产权交易合同》，约定股权成交价为人民币1元。 公告指出，《产权交易合同》约定的生效条件现已达成，上海电气及其下属控股子公司不再为上海电气国轩新能源科技有限公司提供任何担保和借款。公司已收到上海联合产权交易所出具的《产权交易凭证》，本次交易宣告完成。 上海电气提醒股东及潜在投资者，在买卖公司证券时应保持审慎。
