FIH Executes HKD0.45 Million Share Buyback, Marginally Trims Free Float

FIH Mobile Limited disclosed a repurchase of 25,000 ordinary shares on 14 August 2026 via on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 17.94 to HKD 18.00, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.45 million.

Following the transaction, FIH’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) was reduced by 0.0032 % to 781.91 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 6.54 million. The total number of issued shares (including treasury shares) remains at 788.45 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate granted on 22 May 2026, which authorises FIH to repurchase up to 78.27 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.48 million shares, equivalent to 0.19 % of the company’s issued shares as of the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, FIH is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 13 September 2026.
