本次交易完成后，公司已发行股本仍为9,751,983,820股，库藏股数为0股。公司确认，本次股份回购已获得董事会正式授权，并严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的要求，同时已办理必要文件的归档手续。公告由公司秘书蔡磊签署。
