CHI SILVER GP (HKEX: 00815) has announced the finalization of its share subscription agreement.

The company confirmed the completion of the placement for the remaining 845 million subscription shares on June 22, 2026.

This final tranche concludes the entire share subscription process as outlined in the original agreement.

The newly issued shares represent approximately 27.25% of the company's issued share capital prior to this placement and about 21.41% of the enlarged capital following the issuance.

The shares were allotted to the subscribers at a price of HK$0.51 per share.

The net proceeds from this final placement, amounting to approximately HK$430 million after deducting related expenses, will be utilized in accordance with the plans previously disclosed.
