Paradise Ent Maintains Stable Share Capital in June 2026; Issued Shares Remain at 1.05 Billion

Paradise Entertainment Limited (Paradise Ent) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming no changes to its share structure during the month.

• Authorised share capital stayed at HKD 1.00 billion, comprising 1,000,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001 each.

• Issued share count was unchanged at 1,052,185,315 shares (approximately 1.05 billion). The company held no treasury shares.

• Paradise Ent reaffirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement.

• No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity instruments were exercised, issued, or cancelled. Both the share option scheme and the share award scheme—each adopted on 27 May 2025—recorded zero activity in June.

• The company secretary confirmed that all regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were met.

With no equity movements recorded, Paradise Ent’s capital base and shareholder structure remained unchanged through the end of June 2026.
