此次抢修行动覆盖北卡罗来纳州与南卡罗来纳州的受灾区域，工程团队在极端天气条件下持续作业，通过调配应急资源和优化电网调度加速复电进程。随着寒潮影响的减弱，公司正集中力量攻坚剩余故障点，力争在最短时间内实现全面供电恢复。
值得注意的是，本次恢复供电的用户数量约占受影响总户数的三成，凸显出灾后重建工作的阶段性成果。杜克能源提醒尚未恢复用电的居民可通过官方渠道报修，并承诺将实时更新修复进展。
