CIRRUS (02507) Proposes Appointment of KPMG as New Auditor

The board of CIRRUS (02507) has announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers will retire as the company's auditor upon the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting, which is currently expected to be held on June 26, 2026, marking the end of its current term.
Furthermore, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, the board has resolved to propose the appointment of KPMG as the new auditor.
This appointment is intended to take effect from the conclusion of the anticipated Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2026, and will last until the end of the next such meeting, subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming AGM.
