Shanghai Precilasers Technology Co.,Ltd. (688826.SH) commenced its subscription on August 7, with an offering price set at 186.88 yuan per share. The maximum subscription volume per investor is 2,000 shares, and the company is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with China Securities Co., Ltd. acting as the lead underwriter.

According to the prospectus, the company has developed a novel precision laser technology pathway, targeting sectors such as quantum computing, quantum precision measurement, semiconductor manufacturing (including wafer production, wafer inspection, and stealth dicing), and cutting-edge scientific research fields like laser interference lithography and laser remote sensing. The company produces laser products with precise control over wavelength, linewidth, noise, power, and pulse characteristics, supporting the localization of China's quantum technology and semiconductor industry supply chains. By focusing on the demand for broadband, narrow-linewidth, low-noise, and high-power precision lasers in quantum computing and quantum precision measurement, the company generates low-noise seed lasers using fiber DFB or semiconductor seed sources. These are amplified via fiber amplifiers, and then converted to any wavelength between 177-5000nm through nonlinear frequency conversion techniques such as frequency doubling, sum-frequency generation, and difference-frequency generation. Optical integration steps like frequency locking, beam splitting, combining, frequency shifting, and switching are performed as needed, serving renowned domestic and international universities, research institutes, and quantum technology companies, including Client A, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Client E, thereby driving basic research and technological applications in quantum technology.

Additionally, the company's products are widely used in cutting-edge scientific fields such as laser interference lithography and laser remote sensing. Responding to the semiconductor industry's urgent need for domestic precision laser sources, the company has introduced its precision laser products to key clients like Client B, Client C, Client D, CAS Semiconductor, Angkun Vision Technology, and Client G. These products have advanced the localization of China's wafer manufacturing, inspection, and stealth dicing equipment, replacing imported laser sources and contributing to the stability of the country's semiconductor supply chain and the independent control of core technologies.

According to research data from QYResearch, in 2024, the company held a 9.21% market share in the global quantum technology laser market and a 16.85% share in China's domestic quantum technology laser market. In the same year, the company's semiconductor revenue reached 75 million yuan, accounting for a 1.98% share of the domestic market. Financially, for the fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025, the company reported operating revenues of approximately 148 million yuan, 292 million yuan, and 418 million yuan, respectively. Net profits for the same periods were roughly 60.4636 million yuan, 116 million yuan, and 159 million yuan.
