IMMUNEONCO-B repurchases 133,600 H shares, reducing free float by 0.03%

ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. (IMMUNEONCO-B) disclosed that on 25 June 2026 it repurchased 133,600 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 3.44 to HKD 3.64, for a total consideration of HKD 0.47 million. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 3.55 per share.

Following the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 419.13 million, representing a 0.03 % reduction from the 419.26 million shares outstanding on 24 June 2026. Treasury share holdings rose to 1.35 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 420.48 million shares.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 43.15 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.35 million shares, equivalent to 0.31 % of the issued share base as of the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, IMMUNEONCO-B is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals, ending 25 July 2026.
