Greentown Service Sets 21 August Board Meeting to Review 1H 2026 Results and Potential Interim Dividend

Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. has scheduled a board meeting for 21 August 2026. According to the company’s 11 August notice, directors will review and approve the interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and determine whether to declare an interim dividend.
The agenda also includes approving the publication of the half-year results and handling other routine business matters. Chairman Yang Zhangfa and fellow board members—including two executive, three non-executive, and four independent non-executive directors—will attend the meeting.
